Radiation Therapy Clinical & Support Staff
Led by our Radiation Oncologists, the St. Charles Radiation Therapy Clinical Staff is a unique group of highly skilled individuals who combine cutting edge science with compassion and caring.
Our Medical Physicist oversees all the technical aspects of the treatment delivery equipment to ensure precision and accuracy. Our Dosimetrists custom design unique treatment plans for every individual patient. The details of each plan are then programmed into our linear accelerators where the Radiation Therapists deliver the radiation treatment to the patient in a safe and comfortable environment.
The clinical team also includes Radiation Oncology Nurses – experienced registered nurses who have earned national certification in cancer treatment. They provide patient and family education, assist with symptom management, and coordinate care utilizing community services when needed. To reach the radiation oncology nursing staff, please call (541) 706-6351.
