St. Charles Bend, St. Charles Redmond, Pioneer Memorial Hospital (PMH) and Mountain View Hospital (MVH) invite you to step inside of St. Charles Health System's owned and affiliated hospitals to see how we're doing. 

St. Charles Health System has made a pledge to share our hospital quality data openly, honestly and publicly. Our goal is to provide exceptional healthcare to our communities. To do that, we must look carefully at ourselves to learn what we do well and areas where we can improve.

One Size Doesn't Fit All

Before you visit our hospital quality pages, it is important to understand the limitations to the data and comparisons. Hospitals serve unique populations and treat varied conditions and illnesses. In order to meet the specific needs of their unique communities, hospitals must offer different services, specialties and expertise. Our community hospitals in Redmond (St. Charles Redmond), Prineville (PMH) and Madras (MVH) provide primary care to their communities and partner with our regional referral medical center St. Charles Bend.  Each hospital plays an important role in the health of the region and because they are all so different, it's difficult to compare quality data between them.

Old or New

Always remember to check the dates as you look at quality reports. Data compiled by the government may be two or three years old.  This doesn't mean the data is wrong, but much may have changed since it was reported. Our commitment is to provide you with the most current information available.
