Sharing for Caring
St. Charles offers many rewarding volunteer opportunities for community members ages 16 and older. Volunteers typically contribute three or more hours a week, although more flexible positions are also available. The partnership of caring volunteers and dedicated staff helps us meet the medical and emotional needs of patients.
We welcome volunteers willing to help:
- Deliver mail and flowers to patients
- Greet and assist visitors
- Comfort families waiting for patients in surgery
- Discharge patients
- Provide activities for adults with memory-loss
- Help with clerical projects
