Your first week
Your first week at St. Charles will vary, depending on your role.
All new caregivers (we call all employees caregivers) must go through General Orientation. General Orientation is the perfect starting point. We will introduce you to other caregivers, you will hear stories about the history of St. Charles over the past 100 years, and learn about our mission, vision and values.
After New Caregiver Orientation, depending on your role, you will embark on a variety of tracks.
After General Orientation is completed on Monday, Clinical Orientation begins on Tuesday for all clinical caregivers. This includes all of allied health and nursing (i.e. CNAs, RT, Tech, PT, OT, ST, Imaging, Pharmacy, medical assistants and nursing). Learn more about Clinical Orientation here.
