Know your risk. Get screened.
Some forms of cancer — including breast, colon, ovarian and prostate — are more likely to develop in individuals with a family history. If you think you are at risk, you may want to consider genetic screening. If you are identified as a candidate, our team at the St. Charles Cancer Center will provide education and counseling about cancer risk, screening and prevention options.
Start by taking our Genetic Risk Evaluation Questionnaire. If you answer 'yes' to any of the questions, you may be a candidate for genetic testing. Please email the completed form to Sue Cook at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to 541-706-5972.
