St. Charles Redmond’s Community Ambassador Program is designed to help build positive rapport in our community by increasing engagement with community groups and providing supportive tools and resources.

Community ambassadors are committed to proudly and positively representing St. Charles Redmond in the local community.

If selected to be a part of the Community Ambassador Program, a caregiver must agree to:

  • Attend the initial training session and at least 50 percent of quarterly update meetings
  • Actively participate in one or more groups within St. Charles’ service area (local groups may include but are not limited to schools, faith communities, ethnic communities, neighborhood groups and special interest groups)
  • Be an employee of St. Charles in good standing
