Objectives
- Describe the HIV disease burden in the US and the recommendations for testing.
- Discuss and plan treatment with a patient newly diagnosed with HIV.
- Counsel on HIV transmission and risk mitigation including PrEP, PEP, U=U.
- Recognize new HIV treatment modalities.
