Sandy Seeley approaches her work with clients as a team, mutually agreeing on identified goals. Her framework is relationship-based while guiding clients on their healing journey. Her modalities include EMDR, ACT, DBT and CBT. She enjoys working with teens, adults, families and couples. Her passion is to spend time outdoors in nature with her husband, family and their dog, Tank. She enjoys hiking, biking, rock climbing, floating rivers, gardening and reading.
