Since 2019, St. Charles Health System has collaborated with Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU) to provide subspecialty inpatient neurohospitalist care at the St. Charles Bend campus. Neurohospitalists are available 365 days per year and provide care for patients with a range of neurological conditions including, but not limited to, cerebrovascular disease (stroke), epilepsy, headaches, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and neuromuscular disorders.

The St. Charles Bend campus is certified as a Primary Stroke Center through the Joint Commission and was recognized by the American Heart Association (AHA) in 2021 as a Get With The Guidelines - GOLD PLUS with Honor Roll achievement award hospital. The St. Charles Bend campus is also the only facility in Central Oregon with long term video EEG for inpatient management of epilepsy.
