Monday – Friday Outpatient Lab:
7 a.m. – 5 p.m. with an order from your provider.
Patient registration for blood draws will close at 4:45 p.m.

Saturday Outpatient Lab:
9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
**We are unable to provide Glucose Tolerance testing on Saturdays**

Lab Results

Under Oregon law, patients may have copies of their reports seven days after results have been reported or sooner if tests were ordered with instructions specifying the "patient may have results." A release form is required, and you must show identification to pick up a copy of your results:
