She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), VitalStim Certified (neuromuscular electronic stimulation) for swallowing disorders, LLLT Certified (low level laser therapy) for post radiation swallowing disorders, has specialized training in RMST (respiratory muscle strength training) for speech and swallowing disorders and has specialized training for voice treatment (gender affirming voice therapy, muscle tension dysphonia, vocal cord dysfunction). In addition, she is an active member in St. Charles Patient Family Advocacy Committee (PFAC) to better help individuals in the community. It is important to her to make each individual feel heard and supported in moving forward with their goals and improve their quality of life! She is passionate about her work!

Brittney loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and son, cannot get enough camping, and loves to read, paint, make pottery and travel whenever possible.
