About Fugle

Hannah Fugle received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Northern Arizona University. Hannah has built her career working in a number of outpatient clinics. She specializes in treating individuals with neurologic diagnoses including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, vestibular disorders, imbalance/falls, and concussion. 

Hannah is passionate about collaborating with patients, providing education and tools to empower them in the process of recovery.
