About Welch

Tianna Welch completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Washington in Seattle. She then returned to the University of Washington for Physician Assistant school.

Tianna is the longest standing Rheumatology provider in Central Oregon and provides both rheumatologic and osteoporosis care at St. Charles. She loves working with patients to help them navigate and understand their medical care.

Tianna has immersed herself in the outdoors, enjoying skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking and backpacking. She previously worked as a ski patroller, a wilderness therapy guide and has trained avalanche rescue dogs.
