Career opportunities and growth

  • What if I need help with the online application?
You may call the Human Resources office at 541-706-7770 or toll free at 877-847-4560 for assistance Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Does St. Charles offer internships?
Registered Nurses: We do not have a formal nursing internship program at this time. When applicable, we hire new nursing graduates into nursing positions they are already qualified for (i.e. no previous RN experience required) and that position is treated much like an internship. Positions accepting new graduate nurses can be very competitive so we encourage new graduate RNs to apply to all positions in which they are qualified and interested. Most often we see new graduate RNs hired into Med/Surg or Ortho/Neuro positions. Please view the RN positions on our website to find out more about positions currently available.
  • What opportunities are available for career growth and education?
St. Charles offers a variety of classes for caregivers. Additionally, the hospital provides tuition reimbursement of approved expenses at an accredited school or university for classes relevant to a caregiver's job.
