About Hamlin

Donna served in the United States Air Force before completing a bachelor’s degree in human development and family sciences and a master’s in counseling from OSU-Cascades.  

She has extensive training and experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and assisting individuals and families. Donna enjoys focusing on a person’s strengths and abilities, helping them to recognize their capacity to make improvements in their lives.  

She has lived in several areas of the U.S. but has lived and worked in Prineville for more than 20 years and has a passion for this community. She has experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring. She has been to all 50 states and a few countries.
