About Brown

Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the State of Oregon. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She has worked in the counseling profession for over 14 years with experience in out-patient, acute psychiatric care, medical and hospital settings. She employs a person- centered approach with the therapeutic alliance as a cornerstone. Treatment is tailored to the individual using evidence based practices from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and positive psychology. She works primarily with adults having concerns with stress, relationship issues, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, or transitions.
